Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

Discipline Rift runs after-school sports programs at schools in Central Florida. It is operated by Torres Rivero LLC, based in Orlando, Florida ("Discipline Rift," "we," "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

It covers our website (disciplinerift.com), the Discipline Rift app for iPhone and Android, and the emails and text messages we send. Our Terms of Use also apply.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us when you register

  • About you, the parent or guardian: first and last name, email address and phone number.
  • About your child: first and last name, date of birth, grade, school, teacher's name, dismissal instructions and uniform size.
  • Health and safety details: any medical conditions, allergies or medications you choose to tell us about, and an emergency contact's name, phone number and relationship to your child.
  • Registration choices: the teams, seasons and sessions you pick, coupon codes, and whether you agreed to our terms and asked for our newsletter.

Payments

Stripe processes all payments. We receive the amount, date, status, refunds and a Stripe reference number so we can send receipts and invoices. Your card number goes straight to Stripe. We never see or store it.

Messages, files and program records

  • Messages between you and your child's coaches, and any files you attach.
  • Texts and emails you send to us.
  • Attendance taken by coaches, absences you report, and your child's skill level and progress in the program.

Coaches and coaching applicants

When you apply to coach, we collect your name, email, phone number, address, the sports you coach, your answers on the application and your resume. For coaches on our staff we also keep information such as date of birth, team assignments, and the attendance and messages they record in the app.

Information collected automatically

  • On our website: pages you visit, how you got there (for example, from one of our ads), IP address, browser and device type, and the cookies described in section 6.
  • In the app: if you allow notifications, a notification token for your device. The app does not collect your location, your contacts or your device's advertising ID, and it contains no advertising or third-party tracking code. Checkouts and payments you make in the app are reported to Meta by our servers, as described in section 6.

2. How we use information

  • To run the program: build team rosters, schedule practices, take attendance and keep children safe during practice.
  • To communicate with you: sign-in codes, practice and season reminders, absence notices, messages from coaches, receipts and invoices.
  • To process payments, refunds and waitlist invitations.
  • To answer your questions. AI tools help our staff draft some of these replies.
  • To send our newsletter about new sessions, parent guides and events, only if you ask for it.
  • To understand how families find us and to improve registration, including measuring our ads on the website.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.

3. Who can see your information

Coaches and our staff

Coaches see the roster for the teams they coach: players' names, grades, dismissal details, medical notes and emergency contacts, plus the parents' names so they can message them. Our office staff can see all registrations to manage the program.

The school where the program meets

The school can download a roster for its own teams with players' names, grades, teachers, dismissal details, emergency contacts and medical notes, and the coaches' names. School staff use it to know which children stay after school and how to reach a family in an emergency.

Service providers

We use the companies below to run Discipline Rift. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.

Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase)

Hosts our database, file storage and sign-in system, and sends sign-in codes.

What they receive: All of the account, child, message and attendance information described above.

Their privacy policy

Cloudflare

Delivers our website.

What they receive: Technical request data such as IP address and browser type.

Their privacy policy

Stripe

Processes payments and refunds.

What they receive: Your name, email and card details. We never see or store your full card number.

Their privacy policy

HighLevel

Our customer relationship tool. Sends reminder emails and text messages and stores our conversations with families.

What they receive: Your name, email and phone number, your children's names and skill levels, and their teams, schools, seasons and practice times.

Their privacy policy

Google

Our email (Gmail), the fonts on our website, and the YouTube videos we show on it.

What they receive: The emails we exchange with you. Google may also receive your IP address when our website loads fonts or videos.

Their privacy policy

Apple and Google push services

Deliver app notifications to your phone.

What they receive: A notification token for your device and the notification itself, which only says you have a new message.

Their privacy policy

Anthropic, through Composio

AI tools that help our staff draft replies to the texts and emails you send us.

What they receive: Your message and the related details from your account (your children's teams, schedules and payments) needed to answer it. Coaches' messages are never sent to these tools.

Their privacy policy

Meta

Measures whether visits, registrations and payments came from our Facebook and Instagram ads.

What they receive: Information about your visits to our website, the program you choose, and hashed (scrambled) contact details at certain registration steps. Section 6 lists what can be sent at each step. Meta never receives your child's name, date of birth, grade, health details or emergency contacts.

Their privacy policy

Other cases

We may share information when the law requires it, to protect the safety of a child or anyone else, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal information. We never give advertisers your child's name, date of birth, grade, health details or emergency contacts. The only advertising partner we use is Meta, and section 6 lists what it can receive.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services (for example customer service, carriers, messaging aggregators or platforms) is permitted and limited to what is necessary to provide the text messaging services. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Children's privacy

Our programs are for school-age children, but children do not create accounts or use the website or app themselves. A parent or guardian registers each child and gives us the child's information. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.

As a parent or guardian you can ask to see, correct or delete your child's information at any time (see section 9).

5. Text messages and email

When you register, you agree to receive account text messages such as practice reminders and program updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help. You can also email us at info@disciplinerift.com or call (407) 614-7454.

Our newsletter is optional. To stop it, write to info@disciplinerift.com and we will take you off the list. Even after that, we will still send emails about your registration, payments and practices.

6. Cookies and website analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar browser storage for these purposes:

  • Essential: keeping you signed in, saving your place in the registration form, and remembering your cookie choice.
  • Analytics: a random visitor ID and session ID (dr_aid and dr_sid) that let us see which pages and ads lead to registrations.
  • Advertising measurement: the Meta Pixel, which sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies and tells us whether a visit, registration or payment came from one of our Facebook or Instagram ads.

What Meta can receive at each step

Each item below is the most Meta can receive at that step. When we don't have a piece of information, it is simply left out: for example, if you gave no phone number, if your browser has no Meta cookies, if a content blocker stops the Pixel, or if the school's address has no ZIP code. On pages where the Meta Pixel loads, it can send Meta the page address, its cookie IDs, your IP address and your browser type. On top of that:

  • When you pick a team: the team's ID and name, the sport and the price. This comes from the Pixel only and includes no contact details.
  • When you verify your email: the Pixel records the step with no extra details. Our servers send Meta a hashed copy of your email, phone number, first and last name and our account number for you, with your Meta cookie IDs, IP address and browser type.
  • When you finish the registration form: the team's ID and name and the subtotal from the Pixel. Our servers send the same details plus the sport, the hashed contact details listed above and a hashed copy of the school's ZIP code.
  • When you start checkout and when you pay: the Pixel sends the team's ID and name and the amount at checkout, and the amount paid and number of sessions after payment. Our servers send the team IDs, the sport and school name, the amount, the number of sessions, the hashed contact details and the school's ZIP code, plus the Meta cookie IDs, IP address and browser type from your most recent visits to our website, if we have them.

The app contains no Meta code, so nothing is sent from the app itself. But when you start a checkout or pay through the app, our servers still send the checkout and payment details described in the last item.

Choosing "Essential only" in the cookie banner turns off our analytics IDs, stops our servers from sending the email-verification and registration-form events above, and clears Meta's cookies from your browser. Ad measurement is part of how we run our ads, so the Meta Pixel still loads for website visitors and our servers still report checkouts and payments. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker, and you can manage how Meta uses information for ads in your Meta ad preferences. The Discipline Rift app does not use these cookies or the Meta Pixel.

7. How long we keep information

We keep your account, your children's information and their program records while your family is registered with us and for up to three years after your child's last season, so you can register again without starting over. We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, usually seven years. Messages are kept with the account. Coaching applications are kept for up to two years.

When you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information within 30 days, except for records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

8. How we protect information

Information travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is stored with a provider that encrypts it at rest. Access is limited by role: parents see only their own family, coaches see only their own teams, and only our office staff can see all registrations. Sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your email, so there is no password to steal. No system is perfectly secure, so if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we have about you and your children,
  • correct information that is wrong,
  • delete your account and your children's information,
  • stop sending you newsletters or text messages.

To make a request, email info@disciplinerift.com from the email address on your account, or call (407) 614-7454. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we will answer within 30 days. Deleting your account removes access to the app and the parent dashboard. It does not cancel or refund a paid registration on its own. Refunds follow our refund policy.

You can also delete your account yourself, at any time: in the app or the parent dashboard, open Account and tap Delete account. Your account, your children's information, registrations, attendance and messages are deleted right away; payment records are kept as described above.

In the app, you can turn notifications off at any time in your phone's settings.

10. Discipline Rift locations

Each Discipline Rift franchise location is independently owned and operated. If you register with a location that is not operated by Torres Rivero LLC, that location may have its own privacy practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our program and tools change. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and if the changes are significant we will also tell you by email or in the app.
